We were excited to continue as a sponsor of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Scranton. Our own Jude McDonough joined co-host Candice Kelly and special guest co-host Rachel Malak as the color commentator for the parade. Rachel was filling in for Mark Hiller and did a great job despite having some big shoes to fill.

The parade is a great family event that draws crowds from all over the country. Here at home, it marks the unofficial start of spring as it gets people out of their homes after hunkering down for most of the winter. The weather this year was not ideal, but that did not stop the participants and spectators from lining the streets of Downtown Scranton. The resilience shown in the cold and rain was a sign of the great pride we all take in the Irish culture and family fun that we all look forward to every year.
