Taking Some Time to “Unplug”
News & CommentaryAug 12, 2026
We take pride in the fact that we create our own content and don’t outsource it to others. In today’s noisy world, we believe it is essential to communicate authentically and use our writing, podcast, and videos as tools to help our clients make better financial decisions. Our Center for Investor Education was created to focus on informing our clients by providing useful information rather than sales and marketing.
With that said, we will once again be taking some time to “unplug” from writing and releasing new episodes for the remainder of the month of August. Our team will continue to be hard at work every day for our clients with our usual day to day business. We will just be taking a break from publishing new articles for a couple weeks in an effort to refocus and recharge heading into September.
We have published dozens of new articles on various topics throughout the year so far, which we encourage you to browse via our Center for Investor Education page. We also updated our “Foundations of Financial Financial Planning” and “Foundations of Investing“. They are each a four part series with the aim of helping people distill what really matters when it comes to personal finance and investing.
We have also published some great new podcast episodes this year, discussing financial markets, personal development, and our community. Finally, we invite you to check out our short-form episode series, “Off the Page”, which serves as a complement to our writing and long form podcast. Our goal is to bring important topics that impact our clients every day “off the page” through quick and dynamic conversations with our team and outside experts. We encourage you to reach out with any questions, feedback, or topics for us to cover in the future. We hope you enjoy some time to unplug in your own way during the last few weeks of summer!
