Wealth Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client relationship development. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, risk assessment, and wealth management strategies to help clients achieve their long-term financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and portfolio reviews.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, ethical standards, and firm policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management.
- Minimum of $20 million assets under management.
- Must be have Series 66 license, also known as the “Uniform Combined State Law Examination”.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification preferred.
- Advisory focused practice with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound investment decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and portfolio management tools.
Relationship Associate
In this position you will work with our entire team and provide operational, administrative, and business development support across the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be have Series 66 license, also known as the “Uniform Combined State Law Examination” within 6 months of hire date.
- 3 years of experience meeting deadlines in a business environment.
- Must have collaborative approach and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and learn new technology and systems.
- Client service focus and pride in work output for tasks small and large.
- Willing to take responsibility for solving complex issues for clients.
- Time management skills are essential- effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and portfolio management tools.
